About Us
Savor Your Party adds a personal touch to any event with our friendly and easy to work with employees. We will assist with set up, serving, & clean up! Whether it is a small baby shower or a big wedding, Savor Your Party can help from start to finish so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the time with your guests. For your next event, choose Savor Your Party and enjoy your party without the fuss.
Services:
* set-up tables with place settings & center pieces
* weddings- flip the room from ceremony to reception ($100.00)
*set-up or pass appetizers
* set-up, serve, & replenish the buffet
* serve plated or family style dinners (Additional fee)
* cut & serve the cake and/or set-up the dessert table
* clean-up after guests
* Rinse serving dishes, plates, glassware, & silverware & pack everything
into crates rented from a vendor ($1.00 per place setting)
* pack-up and put away leftover food
* take down tables and chairs at the end of the event($300.00-$450.00)
* offer bartending services
Rental Services For 2024/2025
* $20.00 Per stainless steel Chafing Dish (includes sternos & stainless steel serving utensils)
* $7.00 per Wired chafing dish(includes Sternos, water pan & stainless steel serving utensils)
* $2.00 each if you only need the sternos
* $ 20.00 100 Cup Coffee Urn
* $3.00 Coffee carafes
* $2.00 each Stainless steel creamers/ can also be used for salad dressings
* $10.00 For a 2.5 Gallon Drink Dispenser (1 available)
*$4.00 Per Place Setting (1 dinner plate, 1 appetizer plate, 1 fork,
1 knife & 1 spoon-washing is included in the price)
* $1.00 more to add a water glass to your place setting
* $2.00 per plastic water carafe (25 available)
* $2.00 for each glass bowl for sauces or dressings (7 available)
* $ 7.00 for 3 Farmhouse glass containers with basket for dressings or sauces
* $2.00 each for Plastic serving trays (6 available)
* $3.00 each for ceramic serving platters
* $15.00 for a 150 quart cooler/ $10.00 for medium size cooler
*Pizza trays, stands, & spatula $7.00 a set $3.00 individually rented

*All servers are experience and have worked many different types of events!
* All servers have their Food Handler Certification
* All bartenders have their Illinois Basset Certification
